CORTEZ'S CaPABLE CONNECTIONS is dedicated to increasing the capabilities of young children with autism and developmental disabilities across all developmental domains through individualized, evidence-based intervention. Our mission is to empower children and families by building communication, social, adaptive, cognitive, and behavioral skills that support meaningful participation and inclusion within their homes, schools, and communities. Through compassionate collaboration and family-centered practices, we strive to help every child reach their fullest potential and become active members of their community.

CORTEZ’S CaPABLE CONNECTIONS accepts clients between birth and three years of age who have developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, or related developmental concerns. Clients must obtain a San Diego Regional Center authorization or referral. Consultation services are also offered for clients aged 0-3 years old.
